OUTCOME: Defense Verdict

I represented a surgeon and gastroenterologist in a claim filed alleging medical malpractice-- specifically alleging failure to diagnose and treat a bile leak after removal of the Plaintiff's gallblad ... der. The case was tried to a jury of 6 in Gary, IN, in April of 2015. It resulted in a defense verdict for both physicians.
