OUTCOME: Probation

Jim (not his real name) came to my office after being charged with Child Abuse and Domestic Battery. He scored 28.2 months prison, and other attorneys turned him away because they felt he was just goi ... ng to go back to prison. With a lot of work, both on Jim's part and my own, we were able to resolve his case today for probation.
