OUTCOME: Reduced to indecency by exposure on 1 case with a 2 year sentence. Only have to register as sex offender for 10 years. Other case dismissed.

14 yr old step daughter accused step dad of having sex with her. 2 counts with each range of punisihment 2-20years.
