Joshua James Knepp

Joshua J. Knepp is a partner at the law firm of Morris Wilson Knepp Jacquette, P.C., located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Mr. Knepp is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in medical malpractice and also fiercely litigates on behalf of his clients in cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, personal injury, products liability, and complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in the Philadelphia state and federal courts, as well as throughout the neighboring counties in Pennsylvania. Recent results that Mr. Knepp has achieved on behalf of his clients include:

-$7.7 million settlement for the misdiagnosis of a pulmonary embolism.
-$4.85 million settlement for failure to diagnose an aortic dissection.
-$2 million jury verdict for an emergency room's failure to diagnose a stroke.

After graduating magna cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in criminology, Mr. Knepp earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During his studies, Mr. Knepp participated in a multitude of activities at the institution, including the health law civil practice clinic (representing low-income individuals experiencing health-related legal issues such as Social Security Disability appeals) and interning at the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender.

Upon completion of his law education, Mr. Knepp maintained a general practice firm and gained experience in many different areas of the law such as civil litigation, criminal law, estate planning, real estate and collections. He is admitted to practice in all of the Pennsylvania state and federal courts.  

In addition to his work at Morris Wilson Knepp Jacquette, P.C., Mr. Knepp maintains active membership in various professional legal organizations, including the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
