Adam Michael Koelsch

I represent clients in all aspects of state and local tax controversy and planning, including challenging audit determinations and real estate assessments, and litigating tax cases in administrative appeals, collection actions in the trial-level courts, and appeals in the state courts.

I formerly represented the City Of Philadelphia as a Deputy City Solicitor in the Law Department, Tax Unit, and so I have extensive experience litigating Philaldephia taxes.
