Jacqueline Alexa Johnson Esq.

I am the Owner and Managing Partner of Johnson Starling & Rotman, where I lead a full-service estates practice focused on estate planning, trust and estate administration, special needs planning, and Orphans’ Court litigation. While my practice is devoted exclusively to estate matters, my broader background in family law, civil litigation, contracts, and business formations continues to inform my approach - particularly when matters involve complex family dynamics or intersecting legal issues.

I founded Johnson Starling & Rotman with a clear vision: to create a collaborative, client-focused firm that delivers both exceptional legal guidance and meaningful support during life’s most difficult moments. I work closely with a team of attorneys and staff to provide responsive, accessible service at every stage of the estate process.

With a strong foundation in client service, I value the relationships I build with my clients and believe that trust, communication, and a thoughtful, personalized approach are essential. I strive to be an advocate who is not only strategic and detail-oriented, but also relatable and supportive - helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident as they plan for the future or navigate the loss of a loved one.

When I'm not working hard on behalf of my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family: my husband, Jack, a veteran of the United States Army; my 5 year old daughter, Kennedy Rose, and my dogs, Harley and Pepper.  My favorite activities include being outdoors, going to concerts, and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles (go birds).
