Damien D. Brewster, Esq., a partner with Keenan, Ciccitto & Associates, LLP, handles general civil, real estate, construction, consumer protection, and copyright infringement litigation, criminal defense, juvenile delinquency and dependency, and criminal record expungement.
He is an experienced trial attorney who has practiced in the District Courts and Courts of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Chester County, Delaware County, Bucks County, Berks County, and Philadelphia County, as well as the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole, the Pennsylvania Treasury Board of Finance and Revenue, the Pennsylvania Department of State Board of Physical Therapy, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his work for the firm, Mr. Brewster also serves as an arbitrator for the County of Montgomery and determines liability and damages for civil cases submitted to arbitration. He worked for the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender as an assistant public defender in the trial division from 2005-2012 and as chief of the juvenile unit from 2012-2014.
Mr. Brewster received his J.D. with Magna Cum Laude honors from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, La., and B.A. in psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, and the Criminal Defense Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. Mr. Brewster lives in Collegeville with his wife and two young children, and in his free time, he enjoys travel, outdoor recreation, music, and carpentry.
