Mike is the founder of and has been protecting the legal rights of his clients for over 20 years.

He grew up in Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Phoenixville High School. He continued his education at Valley Forge Military Junior College, and received an academic scholarship from the United States Army to complete his education. He completed his undergraduate education at Saint Joseph’s University, received a degree in finance, and at the same time was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. After college, he served as an officer in the United States Army, and is a decorated combat veteran of the Persian Gulf War. After his military service, he attended Seton Hall Law School in New Jersey and graduated in 1996.

Mike’s background is particularly suited to his areas of legal practice.

For example, Divorce & Family Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Elder Law often involve complex questions about financial matters and taxes. Therefore, his unique background with a degree in finance, previous job as a stock broker, and owner of an income tax preparation business for individuals and small businesses is an added benefit to his clients.

While the majority of his cases are concentrated in Chester County, Pennsylvania, he has successfully litigated cases in state court in Chester County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, Lancaster County and Carbon County, Pennsylvania. He has also successfully litigated cases in federal court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is licensed to practice in state court in all of Pennsylvania’s 67 Counties.
