Mark A. Hosterman

Mark Hosterman concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land use. He has extensive expertise in all aspects of municipal law, including large, multi-faceted subdivision and land development, complex ordinance drafting, community aesthetic and economic revitalization, termination and other employment issues, collective bargaining, open space planning and acquisition, community planning, preservation of historical resources, and other areas of law.

Mr. Hosterman also has extensive experience representing landowners and developers and all aspects of land use and development including appearances before zoning hearing boards, architectural review boards, planning commissions and governing bodies.

Mr. Hosterman represents a select group of personal injury clients. He has experience in claims against the party at fault as well as underinsured and uninsured claims.
