Amanda Megan Atkinson

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley, Attorney Atkinson worked as a staff attorney and legal advocate for Centre Safe, a domestic violence resource center. In her role, Amanda assisted domestic violence survivors with family law matters such as divorce, custody and protection orders. Amanda additionally interned in other domestic violence, criminal defense and civil rights positions during law school.

Amanda earned her law degree from Penn State University at the University Park campus. Amanda focused her studies around family law, participating in the Penn State Law Family Law Clinic and earning concentration certifications in Family and Children law, as well as arbitration, negotiation and mediation law. Amanda also served as the vice president for the student bar association as well as on several committee and organization boards.

Amanda is from Scottsdale, Arizona. She attended Arizona State University for undergrad and graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Community Advocacy and Social Policy. Prior to law school, Amanda worked in sales departments for Yelp and Realtor-dot-com.
