Hired Ian for a very basic job. He has been absolutely useless in the entire process. I heard from the other side that I had a document waiting for me so I had to ask Ian multiple times to forward it to me. This happen twice. Then he just forwarded the document without any comments advice or guid...ance. Due to Ian's lack of attention, this process has actually been unnecessary prolonged. As soon as he collects his payment he doesn't care about you anymore.

Lawyer help me with the first custody case. He was also very friendly and worked with me financially. I had another custody issue come up and had asked him to help me and had time to work on it for at least three months prior to my moving out of state, and now it's been 4 months since I moved, and no...thing has happened. After being told he had submitted something to the court and never hearing anything from the court and constantly texting back and forth because phone calls were not an option for him nor were emails, had been told that he definitely was working on it and that you definitely submitted something. I was also told day in and day out that he would call me back at certain times and never called. The last time he called was mid August it is late September now. Original inquiry was January of the year. Although I feel comfortable with him the first time, I would not recommend him to anyone the second time. His personal feelings outside of the professional Realm have seemed to Cloud his ability to do his job properly. I'm not a totally heartless person and I understand that things happen, but I also know that if you are in a professional position you are obligated to help your clients no matter what. I am now undergoing severe personal problems that could have been avoided if I was just handled a little differently or like I was a client / person that mattered.

Took our money and never followed through. A simple non contested divorce should not take over 2 years to complete. There was always problems with the paperwork he was submitting. Never responded to emails or phone calls and always had excuses. Poor poor service. Finally requested copies of my paperw...ork and completed the process myself within 30 days no issues. Don't waste your money.
