I represent large, national corporations and small, local businesses against claims involving complex torts and employment practices liability.
 
I have litigated numerous claims brought under the anti-discrimination laws (including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination) as well as wage and hour claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act and its state-counterparts.

Throughout my practice, I have regularly appeared before the courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.

I also have extensive experience guiding employers on workplace conduct including drafting employee handbooks, employment agreements and company policies. And I often prepare and facilitate anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training programs for employers.
