Obtained a 1.9 Million dollar summary judgment in compensatory and punitive damages related to the missapropriation of assets, breach of fiduciary duty of trustee, undue influence and fraud of a careta ... ker over an infirmed relative. The case involved forensic analsyis of medical records showing Alzheimer's dementia and forensic accounting showing misappropriation of assets. Also successfully froze trust account and obtained the remaining balance left in the Trust Account for the client.
