People normally would write reviews for negative experiences but I will ALWAYS write reviews for my positive experiences and this one is most definitely a positive experience. I recently was charged for a DUI at a check point and I was just over the legal limit. I was referred to Mr. Egan but I dec...ided to go with another lawyer that I found online and fell for his salesman type talk. Well he did nothing for me except take my money and luckily I decided not to go with him when it was going to trial. The previous lawyer tried to get me to fulfill a DUI School paperwork when I hadn't even been found guilty. Going with my gut, I decided to get some consultation from Mr. Egan and he told me not to fill out the paperwork because that basically says that I am guilty. He guided me through my options and made me feel comfortable enough to drop my previous lawyer and go with Mr. Egan. This was one of the BEST decisions of my life. Mr. Egan was able to lower my charge to a disorderly conduct and in my mind that was a huge win because that allowed me to take the next step in my life. Mr. Egan is an honest person and he NEVER made me feel pressured into doing anything. I trusted him from the start and would recommend him to anyone that needs a great lawyer for their DUI case in Montgomery County. THANK YOU AGAIN MR. EGAN! I am sorry that the Bruins had to take care of the Flyers during the playoffs...I did want you and your son to have the win that night.

Thomas Egan is a GREAT lawyer! If you need representation he is definitely the man to call! He will sit down with you, go over your charges and details of such,tell you what you can expect, will not sugar coat or make promises he can't keep. He will give it to you straight. He is very confident yet n...ot cocky. Tom is very good at what he does and I can honestly say no matter how stressed, upset, distraught you may be you will leave his office calm, relaxed and at ease. You'll feel like you can breathe again! He will tell you what he can do and will most likely get results better than what he guaranteed. The dollar amount charged is very reasonable even more so when you see the end result. I don't know how many times I have heard or thought oh that lawyer is a prick or he charged me out the *$$ and didn't do much or I hired him and he sent some idiot in his place...YOU WILL NEVER HEAR OR THINK ANY OF THOSE THINGS with Tom!! He returns calls himself right away and is on top of things always! If you can't reach him at the office or via e-mail he gives you his cell number so never to worry! I recommended him to 6 ppl and 5 had him represent them and the first one I sent to him sent 5 of his friends to him also. He is a nice guy and very laid back yet extremely professional! Don't take my word for it..if you need a lawyer, call him, set a time and meet with him. I guarantee you will hire him AND share my opinion of him! He has knowledge in all types of law and I will never use the services (if I ever need to again, lets hope not) of any other than Thomas C Egan III !
