I had a property battle dispute with my next door neighbors for 7 years. This story is toooooo long and toooooo detailed to get in to specifics. The reason why it took 7 years was because my neighbor's attorney was slow with his responses with my attorney, and he dragged his feet with his communica...tions to get the process done. But, to make a long story short Frank Caiola is my attorney and he won my property battle for me. I am now granted sole owner of the property my neighbors thought they had owned (which was never recorded at The Record of Deeds, etc.) and they do not have adverse possession. This property battle was definitely a VICTORY and we won!
