Took a case to trial regarding whether the disc condition existed and was caused by an injury at work. Defendant argued that condition was not present, let alone not caused by the accident. Was able to ... convince the jury that this was incorrect and the condition was allowed. As a result of getting the condition allowed, the injured worker also received approximately 2 years of back-pay.

Obtained the maximum award for the functional loss of 2 fingers for a corrections officer. He had the fingers, but due to a tendon injury was unable to use them. Also obtained the maximum award for ... loss of the entire hand. Even though the injured worker had his hand, I proved that the hand was a total functional loss in part due to his inability to write or use a gun or perform his prior work activities.
