Geoff’s 19-year-old client was arrested for DUI after her car got stuck in a snow bank. At the time of her arrest she was very confused and had short term memory loss. Eventually she remembered what ha ... d happened to her before she got behind the wheel – her boss sexually assaulted her, causing her to flee. Geoff took on the case and had M.R.’s blood samples tested for date rape drugs. He also found out that M.R.’s boss was on parole for Criminal Sexual Conduct. Geoff argued that M.R. had no other option but to flee the scene on the night of her arrest. The case went to trial, and Geoff succeeded in getting the DWI charge dismissed.
