Thank you to Attorney Megan McGoldrick and her staff for fighting to get me a fantastic settlement on my debt with BOA. Attorney McGoldrick reviewed my situation, explained the debt collection and default judgment process and helped map out a game plan to settle my account and prevent my bank from b...eing frozen. She took the time to answer all of my questions, calm my nerves and was great at breaking it down in terms I could understand. I appreciate your help and professionalism.

Megan McGoldrick is being unfairly penalized for failures of A to Z marketing. She did right by her clients by disengaging from the legal services group because they were not living up to the firm's superior levels professionalism and servicing. Then they continued illegally marketing and taking on... clients in her firm's name - A to Z Marketing is the sham company. She has reached out to her clients, protected them and worked with them through the transition with compassion and dedication. She should be commended, not penalized.

Please be aware of the above Law Firm. Back in September '11 I was contacted by one of Mcgoldrick representative about working with me to get my home modify. I paid the firm $3995.00 which they took from my account electronically. Todate my house is not modify instead I received a letter that they ar...e unable to get my home modify with my lender. Since then I have been calling and not one will assist me. I have never speaks to any attorney of the firm; this lead me to believe that they are not ligetimate.

Hired McGoldrick Law Firm to help handle my loan modification, as I had tried doing it on my own and was continuously denied. Paid them $2800.00 up front. They submitted my paperwork for the modification, however it was nothing new from what I had completed myself in the past pretty much. It was v...ery difficult to reach them by phone, and never responded to email after my payment was recieved. Looked up lawyer under bar says she is retired. Please BEWARE, I think it is run from out of the country, the loan processing dept barely speaks english well, and the phone #'s are untraceable. Use a lawyer where you can go in the office and meet them. Never did get my loan modification with them either, I have since hired a lawyer-whom has an office.
