unfortunately i got a DUI. i started working w a different local attorney but was not satisfied. a good friend of mine recommended rich, he had gotten another friend of hers out of some very serious trouble. night and day difference. rich knows EVERYONE. it's kind of amazing. he has the smoothest... demeanor and a sincerity that just gets things done. he knew the state trooper. he knew the assistant DA. rich is also able to speed up or slow down the process, whichever might be called for. of course no attorneys come cheap, but rich's prices are not outrageous. he also doesn't overbill on hours or gouge you. he's also not a guy who judges you, he helps fix the situation you are in without making you feel any worse about it. i have also had rich help me with various non criminal legal issues as well, i think he's great in general all around. to summarize, rich gets things done. he is a FIXER. everyone knows and likes him, he's responsive and great to work with, and he won't overcharge you. i give the absolute highest marks to rich muth and recommend him without hesitation.
