Can i travel/fly domestically with in the country with my work authorization card? If yes do i need to carry my passport along?

You can travel domestically with proper government issued identification. Take your passport and EAD. You can also drive.

No you cannot use the 212(h) waiver if you have been convicted of an aggravated felony. Depending on when you were convicted there may be a waiver...
