You can travel but should apply for advance parole even though you have a travel document now.

Normally an application by a battered alien must be filed by the petitioner while in the United States. You may need the help of an attorney.

USCIS can always schedule you for an interview. However, an offense for disturbing the peace is very minor and does not make you deportable. ...

You are making enough now to not need a joint sponsor. If USCIS believes you need a joint sponsor they will inform you.

The fact that the date is incorrect may or may not be a problem. Submit it and see what happens. Submit other documents if you have them.
