You cannot apply for cancellation of removal unless you are in removal proceedings. You should consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
Expiration date on I-94, Can I leave on that day or do I have to leave before that day.

Your H1B is company and location specific. If you work outside of that employment it is unauthorized.

No it will not be a problem applying for DACA. It will be a problem if that person lies about it.

My Fiances L1B Visa expires Oct 23, 2012. If she comes back before that date will she have problems at the port of entry??

You must be in school when you apply. A GED program qualifies as being in school.
