Yes, report it at the oath ceremony. It is not a problem as it is a traffic offense.

You should consult with an immigration attorney now. He cannot withdraw the affidavit of support.

While you can ask for the matter to be administratively closed, you can also ask for the matter to be continued pending adjudication of the I-130.
