Go to the family court and ask the clerk what paperwork you need to self file for divorce. You could also go to legal aid or call a family lawyer.

You have the right to see a judge if they want to deport you. You can withdraw this petition and refile another one. Hire a lawyer to help.

You have to show her income exceeds then poverty level ( but atbthe 125% level) for two people in the area in which you live.
