This is not a problem. Remember you cannot work while on F-1 status unless you receive a work permit.

Any error on the Indian passport must be fixed by the Government of India. Talk this over with your consulate.

Yes you do qualify to file the I-130. You will need a divorce decree from the prior marriage to include with the new application.
