The denial of the change of status should not affect your readmission.
My usc wife will file an I-130 for me. But I EWI and has a deportation order (never left US), can I file for 601 and 601A ?

After your wife files the I-130 visa petition you may wish to file a motion to reopen. Better still to wit until the I-130 is approved.
