You can only be a qualifying relative for your mother if she needs a waiver for criminal grounds.

Your case could take more than 4 months. There are a number of issues that cause delay. By the way, there is no February 31st.

Print out the screen from the online report and take that with you to your interview if you do not receive a notice in the mail.
