Yes they can deny your visa application. The process can take several months before a decision is made.

My daughter came December 2014 Under U-3 Visa .This days her wedding with green Card holder.Anything will change on her U3 Visa

It sounds like it will be approved. The review period is typically for the supervisor to sign off on the recommendation by the officer.
