Your friend will not have trouble unless she lied on her applications for immigration or to get a job. She may need a waiver for fraud.

June 2016 is when you can apply. You must have asylum for one year before you can apply.

While you can file an H-2B application you must prove there are no US workers available to take the job.

The form is the I-864. You can find it on the USCIS website in the forms section. You will need to prove your income for the past three years.
My H1B was revoked by an USCIS error in July '15. I am still working for the same employer. Is my status illegal now?

Yes you are now in an unlawful status. This can affect your green card.
