The asylum law in the United States has not changed. Egyptians and everyone else can file for asylum still.

You should not have any problems. Leave the United States and then re-enter. Your period of unlawful presence is only one week and does not...

The court does not send the Notice to Appear. That document is prepared by the Department of Homeland Security and served on you first then filed...
