Master Rich Lombardi

Rich Lombardi needs to educate himself regarding issues in the 21st century. I am a lesbian non-biological woman who was seeking joint custody of my son against the biological mother. Rich Lombardi was the master for several hearings and it is 9 yrs after I started seeking to change my custody agreem...ent and although I am paying child support DO NOT have a fair custody agreement. My agreement has not been updated since 2009 and all circumstances have changed. It has been several years since I have tried to change the custody agreement but I wasted a lot of money for absolutely no changes. It has been a several years since I was in Chester County but I still think of the master who wouldn't change my custody agreement.
