OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

One count of Threats to do Bodily Harm. Classic he said/she said case. The complainant falsely accused my client of making threats towards a third party. After thoroughly reviewing the evidence that ... had been disclosed by the government as well as two witness interview DVDs I determined that the disclosed evidence was incomplete. Due to this oversight, I was able to successfully move to dismiss the case prior to trial. The lesson learned in this case is to never trust that the government has disclosed all that they are required to.

OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

One count of Driving Under the Influence and one count of Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in a Vehicle. The circumstances of my client's arrest were highly questionable and clearly violated ... many of my client's Constitutional rights. After filing a Motion to Suppress evidence due to those Constitutional violations the government elected not to respond to my motion and declined to proceed with the case on the day of trial thus resulting in the case being dismissed.

OUTCOME: Found Not Guilty After Trial

One count of simple assault. Despite multiple eye witnesses corroborating my client's version of events that he acted purely out of self defense the United States government elected to proceed with th ... e case. After vigorously cross examining the government's sole witness I called three witnesses for the defense, including my client. The Judge presiding over the case swiftly ruled in favor of my client and found him Not Guilty.
