Lark Alexandria McAllister

Lark McAllister is an associate in Saxton & Stump’s Business Litigation and Strategic Solutions Group, based in the firm’s Malvern office. She partners with clients across a wide range of industries to navigate complex disputes, offering practical, solutions-driven guidance at every stage of litigation.

Lark has experience representing clients in medical, legal, and general liability matters and supports cases from initial assessment through resolution. Her practice includes managing all phases of discovery, taking and defending depositions, leading settlement negotiations, and coordinating trial preparation to achieve efficient, favorable outcomes aligned with client goals.

She earned her law degree from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where her class chose Lark as the commencement speaker. While in law school, she worked at the Andy and Gwen Stern Community Lawyering Clinic, representing individuals and families, training community members on common legal issues, and contributing to policy-focused reports advancing justice and equity in the surrounding community.

She earned her master’s degree in government and politics, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University in Queens, New York, along with a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in government and politics. She also holds a certificate in public administration.
