Jonathan M. Talamini, Esq. is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice in healthcare law, medical device litigation, and commercial litigation. In his healthcare practice, Jonathan represents doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers in medical professional liability cases. He also handles aspects of litigation involving medical devices and product liability claims. Jonathan utilizes his extensive litigation experience to represent business owners, corporate entities, and government agencies in his commercial litigation practice.
Most recently, Jonathan was an associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm where he focused on representing major automobile makers in product liability suits filed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Prior to this position, Jonathan served as the Assistant City Solicitor in the Major Tax Group for the City of Philadelphia Law Department. While in this position, he filed and litigated major business tax cases in the Court of Common Pleas, tried and settled business tax cases filed in the city’s administrative tax court, and briefed and argued business tax cases at the appellate level.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan served as a member of the Health Effects Practice Group at a national law firm where he represented pharmaceutical company clients in nationwide product liability litigation. He also worked in the Litigation and Securities Litigation groups of a New York, NY law office. As a member of these groups, he represented clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts and defended financial companies in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice investigations.
Jonathan graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics. He attended law school at the Columbia University School of Law. While attending law school, Jonathan was the Senior Editor of the American Review of International Arbitrations.
