Al Iacocca resides in Kennett Square with his wife and three children. Al is a Pennsylvania native who spent his childhood in Allentown and his teen years in Lansdale, but has also lived in Blacksburg, VA, Chapel Hill, NC, Wilmington, DE, and Salzgitter, Germany.
After studying History and German as an undergraduate at Virginia Tech, Al went on to earn his Master's Degree in German Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before graduating magna cum laude from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2001. While in law school, Al was an active participant in trial advocacy competitions, as well as a member of the NCCU Law Journal.
Al is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court bar as well as the Federal District Court of Eastern Pennsylvania bar, and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers .

Locally, Al is committed to his community and is an active member of the Kennett Area YMCA youth programs. A long-time triathlon coach, Al formed a local youth triathlon team known as the KAY Tridkidz Youth Triathlon Team in 2007, and, seven seasons later, with the help of his wife and other local coaches, the 2013 team was made up of more than 20 local athletes between the ages of 5 and 14. As a result, Al is often seen with his family and groups of children running, biking, and swimming around Kennett Square. In addition to his involvement with the KAY Trikidz Team, Al also served as a member of the Kennett Area YMCA Board of Directors.
