She has done various general counsel work for non-profit organizations including: Martin Luther King Academy in Vineland and New Journeys in Recovery Drug Treatment in Philadelphia, Philadelphia Housing Authority (a quasi-governmental agency), and Providence Pediatric Medical Day Care (a for-profit). She also assisted the Executive Directors and Boards in steering the organizations through simple & complex legal challenges.
Attorney Phillips has also been a Contract Assistant Solicitor for local municipality working on resolutions, workman’s comp, drafting resolutions, risk management assessments and analyses, diversity training and contract procurement.
