Biography
I believe that the practice of law is not a “one size fits all” proposition. As a result, I work with each client to determine the best path forward based on individual circumstances, needs, and expectations.
In some cases the law dictates an outcome, in others there may be bargaining with the other party. Negotiation can solve many of the simple as well as the complex cases, but litigation may be necessary at times.
When litigation is required, care is taken to minimize the emotional toll that it can sometimes take on all of the people involved, as well as the families. Extensive preparation is undertaken in attempt to achieve the most desired result.
My litigation and negotiation experience have given me a skill set that uniquely qualifies me for the diverse types of cases that I commonly see, but I give them all my individual attention.
