OUTCOME: Waiver Approved

Client, Pakistani citizen, married and had a child with a U.S. citizen, then moved to Pakistan believing they could simply get his permanent residence and return. Several years later, they were still ... stuck in Karachi, Pakistan, the U.S. citizen still barely able to speak the language. Through various means of communication, I put together a strong waiver application for the client.
