Attorney Flor wins acquittal in domestic assault case

Client, a 60 year-old retiree, was charged with aggravated assault and battery on his wife. When the police arrived they found the wife bloody and bruised and brought her to the hospital. Client made a ... n incriminating statement at the time of his arrest. Wife testified against the client as did the police. Attorney Flor pointed out several shortcoming in the police investigation; the fact that a grown son living at home at the time had mental issues and a history of violence and the fact that his client did not have a single drop of blood on his person. Jury was out for less than one hour. Not Guilty.
