LCA is not yet approved even its been 10 days since it is filed

I agree with my colleagues. Your best bet would be to contact the lawyer who filed the LCA.

That would definitely be a red flag as far as the immigration is concerned. Make sure to obtain an advice of a qualified immigration attorney...
