My law career was late getting started owing to my spending 5 years playing racquetball tournaments and managing a high-end fitness facility and shopping center right out of law school.  However, I was lucky enough to have my first trial conclude with a successful oral argument in front of the 3rd Circuit.  Ever since I have had the great good fortune to represent the most diverse cross-section of clients in both PA and NJ.  Service has always been the hallmark of my practice and there has been a great amount of pro-bono work that has proved most rewarding.  The courtroom has always been a most exciting and enjoyable venue, although the goal has always been to end cases in the manner that most benefits the client and not my desire to tap dance in court.  Of course, doing what is necessary is critical, and that is why when people ask what I  specialize in I simply say "winning", albeit admittedly tongue in cheek as sometimes compromise is the only best avenue for all concerned.

My hobbies are many, but after many miles and far too many surgeries on this body, most of the sports I have enjoyed are now reduced to golf and squash and building strong glutes in front of the computer.  I enjoy watching my honey's equestrian activities and training my cats to be dogs and come at my command to either play fetch, hide and seek or just watch an Eagles game with me (see Stanley's photo as we discuss yet another bad call against the Birds).

I enjoy the music of many genres and revel in great jokes and cartoon humor, some of which I dabble in myself for no one's particular pleasure but my own. And yes, I laugh at my own jokes.
