Lender improperly charged fixed rate to an adjustable rate mortgage and overcharged escrow, resulting in negative consequences to homeowner. Lender filed for foreclosure. Via bankruptcy process, we w ... ere able to have an accountant appointed to do a forensic audit and determine correct amount due. During the course of the case, the lender violated court orders and I argued successfully that its actions should be deemed void. Client/Debtor's ultimately kept their home.
