I have a client who was arrested for a disturbance at 6 Flags in September that he admittedly states involved his consumption of alcohol. He was very embarrased and apologetic about the situation while ... being concerned about the effects the case would have on his future, despite being a misdemeanor. I told the client when I was hired that there were certain steps he should take prior to the scheduled court date 2 months later. He took my advice and did as I recommended. I in turn provided this information, along with supporting documentation, to the prosecuting attorney.
