Elisabeth suffered a 50% displacement in her spinal cord that required an emergency 7 level fusion surgery. Fedon Mavromatis suffered a compression fracture in his low back. The Defendant was a young Georgia Tech student and the Mavromatises' were wealthy retired doctors from Michigan. A federal jury returned a verdict of $739,500.00 in favor of the Mavromatises.

Mr. Seitz believed that the USPS vehicle was stopping to deliver mail ... on the right but instead she was turning left into a private driveway. Mr. Seitz suffered serious injuries to his right leg, which was eventually amputated. At trial, we were able to prove that the USPS vehicle was an obstruction and that she did not have her turn signal activated and obtained a verdict of $5,740,767.81 in favor of Mr. Seitz.
