Nella Moses Bloom

In the spring of 2014, I started Bloom & Bloom, LLC to foster business development and growth in and around Philadelphia.  I not only assist businesses by providing startup, growth, and wind-down help, but I also want to aid communities by aiding them in returning vacant and abandoned property to active use.

My representations fall into three categories:

1.  Small and mid-sized businesses.  My clients are exploring starting new businesses or growing their existing businesses.  They need contracts drafted or reviewed; they need to ensure they are compliant with laws; they want to explore options to increase their businesses; or they need advice on growth and strategy.  

2.  Real estate buyers, sellers, or developers.  My practice can assist clients interested in taking control of vacant, abandoned, foreclosed, tax-delinquent, or City-owned property, whether through purchase, Sheriff sale process, or court process. I can also help buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with residential or commercial transactions, and negotiate with lenders to transfer title to a property.

3.  Debtors and creditors.  My clients have ranged from corporate chapter 11 debtors, to creditors, creditors' committees, trustees, and other interest holders.  I also have extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation.
