Richard Patrick Beattie

Patrick Beattie is an experienced litigator in the following areas of the law: (1) Contract disputes; (2) Whistle Blower actions involving the misallocation of federal or state funds; (3) Employment Discrimination actions; (4) Insurance Coverage actions; (5) Beryllium litigation; (6) Benzene litigation; (7) Asbestos litigation; (8) Manganese litigation; (9) Slip and Fall litigation; (10) Automobile and Motorcycle accident litigation; and (11) Crane accident litigation.

Patrick Beattie has an LL.M (Masters) in Taxation. He has both the experience and the legal training to assist clients with issues involving both the IRS as well as the Treasury Departments of Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also trained in the preparation of state and federal Income tax returns

Patrick Beattie has prepared a number of appellate briefs, including Daley v. A.W. Chesterton, a case involving a question of first impression filed with the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in 2007.
