In my opinion he is amazing
Helped me a lot with traffic tickets and didn't seem like he just wanted to make money on me I ended up paying for his services and tickets less then initial tickets by them selves were He was very knowledgeable and simple to work with

An excellent attorney. I actually call him Richard Hoy; the real mccoy!!
I have used Richard at least 4 to 5 times through years. Each time I hired him for various traffic violations. Also through the years my drivers license was suspended, at least once. And each and every time I retained him I had a successful outcome and he was able solve my problems.

The best there is...
Mr. Hoy is hands down the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. He is a BEAST in traffic court. If he can't get you out of trouble, no one can. I've been involved with him for 20 years and he is well worth the cost.
