Howard Glenn Ford

Incredibly dissatisfied. Howard represented us in property line dispute. Charged us a set fee to "get the job done" but drops the ball once the fees are received. It is impossible to reach him, doesn't answer questions, doesn't provide legal facts or advice, gives attitude when simply asking where ...the hell he's been. I reached out to him over WEEKS and not a single response except a "I'm in court" and then he would continue to ignore me for MONTHS. In terms of billable hours, he probably only looked into our case for maximum three hours which comes out to a whopping 5k per hour! I had to pay for a Public Background Check myself to identify the opposing party. It took me minutes to find out their names but he and his 'team' couldn't be bothered to do any work. He didn't even have to go to court because it was 'resolved' through mediation. There was no resolution that was satisfactory to my family. Stay away.

I want to start by saying that this is the first negative review I've ever written. I was reluctant to write it. However, I feel that potentially helping many others outweighs the damage that this negative review could cause Mr. Ford. With that said, I would strongly recommend that you should NOT hir...e Howard Ford. I gave Mr. Ford the benefit of my doubts, and hired him despite reading his reviews. Don't make the same mistake that I did. First, he and his secretary are extremely rude!!! I was in a commercial landlord/tenant dispute (in which I and my business are the tenants). I desperately needed immediate legal counsel that couldn't wait until my ongoing lawyer came back from vacation. So I hired Mr. Ford. I paid him to file a petition, and he informed me that he knew the lawyer representing my landlord, and would call him to work things out. However, he had the other parties' interest as a priority over mine. He never filed the petition and decided that he would wash his hands of everything, without providing the service for which he was paid. Once my lawyer returned he worked everything out IMMEDIATELY. My lawyer also contacted Mr. Ford's office to discuss the fact that he scammed me out of my money. To be fair, Mr. Ford then paid me back half of the money. All of the money should have been returned, but I accepted half because the whole ordeal was a nightmare and I did not want to fight anymore. I find Mr. Ford's practices deceptive. He did not do what he promised. Instead of representing me to the best of his ability, he verbally berated me, and did so through text message. As his client, I feel that he did not have my best interest at heart. Once he received payment, his tone completely changed. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!

I have been a client of Howard Ford for 14 years now. I can say he is the best. He prepares your case before you walk in court. I never lost a case with Howard representing my companies. Also, Howard has gone back to turn positive judgement outcomes to collectible funds from pass tenants. I will co...ntinue to use the services of Howard Ford in the future and highly recommended you should too.

Mr. Ford is a great lawyer, he helped solve my tenant issues in a timely manner. He followed up with me after each court appearances and gave me updates and he responded right away if I had any questions. Easy to get in touch with. I am very pleased I worked with him on my case, and was pleased with ...the results. I got the money owed to me by the tenant and also was granted possession of my property.
