Biography
Simply put, my goal as a professional is to set a new standard for client service. I bring to the table a lifetime of extensive training as a leader, from my legal career as well as my time as a U.S. Army officer. Also, I have served as a public company General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. I have specific expertise managing regulated businesses, implementing compliance and risk management programs, negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, leading strategic combinations and providing outstanding and innovative client service. My extensive management experience has been enhanced by both corporate and military training.
