Matthew L. Razzano attained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Marist College in 1998, and a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001. While in law school Mr. Razzano served as Comments Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. He served law clerk with the Michigan Office of Attorney General for two years, and opened a law practice in Center City Philadelphia, North Philadelphia, and Bucks County. Having admissions to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Matt was referred to me by a friend. I had met with several other attorneys who all told me I was not eligible for ARD. When I met with Matt he told me they were wrong and that he felt he could get me into ARD. I even went to my drug a alcohol evaluation and they told me I was not eligible for ARD...
